A leading organization recognized a critical gap within its leadership pipeline. To design and implement a Leadership Acceleration Journey that would:

Every participant began their journey with a Career Growth Project (CGP) Assessment, integrating three science-backed tools:

  • DISC – uncovering behavioral and communication patterns

  • RIASEC – identifying intrinsic motivators and interests

  • RAMP – measuring relational agility and trust-building capacity

These insights formed personalized leadership blueprints. Participants then engaged in one-on-one coaching conversations to define clear growth goals aligned with their professional realities.

Over a three-month blended journey, leaders participated in 13 immersive modules (4–6 hours each), combining learning, reflection, and live application.
